Yes, because monkeys are coool ! :)

First, the last and actually first very detailed portrait I did in my life. It has been a long long road to the finish but I'm happy with the result.

Week 05-06

Hi there,

A bit of a delay on my updates as a lot of things are going on.

First thing, I have been invited to join a very nice group of people from Lascopainters to do speed sessions. And I'm very very glad to be part of it as they are kicking my ass to draw every day wich is awsome. Actually, I don't remember being drawing as much since I do the speed sessions ^^

Week 03-04

Hi there !

Random stuff done this the past 10 days.

First of all, some studies done for my entry for the bloodsport that unfortunaly I didn't make it before the deathline. Wrong, wrong, wrong Kolsga !!! grrr... Well, anyway I will do it even if it doesn't go for an entry as I really loved the subject.

Next, I'm actually fighting with perspective. I feel that this is my main issue so that I'm trying to learn it and get it over.

Hey everyone !

Last week has been a busy week and I got this crazy idea of an illustration that is kicking my ass really badly. I spent almost all my time on this and hopefuly I'm strating to see the end of it.

Here is the last week studies sheet : and it has been all about water goddamned !!!

I have just one thing to say : water is freaking haaaarrrrddd...

So as I don't have any concepts, drawings or stuff like that to show, I'll put the actual stage of the water elemental.

Any feedback is highly welcome :)I hope that I will be able to finish this one soon.

Heyyyy ! Shiny new sketch book o/

Hi everyone, welcome and Happy New Year !

I have finaly decided to use this blog thqt I have for quite a while now. So, I guess this may be some kind of new year resolution for me to be constant on actualising this blog with background drawings and researches. And by the way it will be a very good exercice for me to write in english as it is not my mother language and I realy, realy need to practice. In advance, I apologize for mistakes and I hope there wan't be so many of them.

Well. time to go now, with a first post. I will try to update every week with random stuff I done. Some of them will be studies for illustrations, others drawings to lay ideas on the paper and so on.

I think I will begin softly with this little one :)
